The Manager supports Convergent’s capital raising efforts and financial operations, including HoldCo/Mezzanine financing, non-recourse project financing, tax equity, and valuation analysis for our rapidly growing portfolio of assets. This role is responsible for financial modeling, maintaining valuation methodologies, and coordinating deal execution from evaluation to financial close.
