Job Description Leigh & Co. Events is a fast-growing wedding planning company based throughout the entire United States - we are looking for planners in Chicago & Springfield. We provide wedding design, wedding coordination and planning services for engaged couples. The Lead Wedding Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity for those looking to be a wedding planner. This position is a contract role and you can pick your own schedule! Training is provided. Pay ranges from $25 - $35/hour and is paid per project. We're looking for individuals to join for our 2026 season and beyond. This position will serve as a lead planner to provide wedding planning services for couples, primarily onsite. It's a great opportunity for someone looking for work in the wedding industry. You will work alongside our assistant coordinators and provide the following to execute weddings. • Create wedding timelines for couples, • Be an advocate for the couple, keeping them calm under pressure and assisting with any issues that arise throughout the day, • Oversee ceremony & reception set up, • Execute all day-of operations for the wedding, which includes being at the venue from the very beginning of the morning through tear down at the end of the night, • Greet and direct all vendors, • Communicate with all vendors regarding set ups, • Set up of seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, guest book and other decor, • Assist the wedding party and family with any needs, questions or concerns, • Ability to work weekends is essential, • Must have 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner, • Must have strong communication skills and be detail oriented, • Must have reliable transportation, • Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs.

You’ll collaborate closely with video producers, editors, engineers, and communicators to tell meaningful stories through high‑quality motion design and advanced 3D animation. Key Responsibilities • Execute end-to-end 3D pipelines, including organic modeling, complex character rigging, and expressive animation to drive narrative content., • Translate complex engineering or scientific processes into clear, engaging visual narratives through 2D and 3D motion design., • Contribute to pre-production by storyboarding and offering visual solutions in collaboration with producers and subject matter experts., • Deliver high-quality animations that integrate seamlessly into live-action or fully animated videos under tight deadlines., • Minimum of 8 years of professional animation experience in a collaborative production environment., • Proven track record of delivering various visual styles, from "matte-clay" and stylized characters to photorealistic technical visualizations., • Demonstrated ability to bring characters to life through advanced rigging and performance-based animation., • Expert proficiency in Blender (especially for character/NPR workflows) and Adobe Creative Suite, with a mastery of stylized look development (e.g., matte clay finishes)., • Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, keyframing, typography) with the ability to adapt styles from infographic motion graphics to realistic 3D.
