This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. Summary of Role: We areseekingan energetic, relationship-driven Generics Sales Specialist (GSSR) who excels at delivering exceptional customerexperienceand expanding business with retail pharmacy customers. Shift Details: 8am-5pm Pay Details: $19/hr-$25/hr (DOE) Responsibilities: Drive generic sales within a targeted territory of accounts. Achieve weekly and monthly salesandactivity goals asestablishedwith the department manager,including but not limited tocall volume, percentage of calls leading to an order, volume, and revenue. Create andmaintainan ambitious and comprehensive territory coverage plan that meets KPI standards,leveragingdata and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI dashboards) to prioritize daily call activity,identifyhigh-value opportunities, and focus on accounts and products that generate the greatest impact. Monitor and analyze reports and data to measure the growth of PRxOgenericsrevenue; develop and implement strategies to ensure sustained growth,utilizingenterprise tools and dashboards for informed decision-making. Partner with the Corporate Generics team and other Generic Managers to implement a consistent PRxO approach. Align onkey components for account-specific compliance andcurrent salesstrategies. Support and execute programs to drive PRxO sales (e.g., new product launches, brand-to-generic conversion opportunities, and compliance improvements), proactivelyidentifyinggaps andrecommendingsolutions tooptimizecustomer performance. Use Salesforce to update customer activity, ensuring visibility across the enterprise. Provide tailored updates to current customers aboutlatest programs, promotions, pricing strategies, and products or services,maintainingexcellent communication and follow-through. Collaborate with the Hybrid Sales Executive team to develop account-specific strategies, considering the customer's vision and goals, current PRxO sales and compliance, andgenericsbest practices. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through ongoing dialogue; apply genericsexpertise, competitive insights, and financial acumen to educate customers on cost-saving opportunities,optimizegenericsutilization, and tailor solutions to their business environment. Provide feedback, industry knowledge, and specific recommendations to the Generics team on programs, products, and pricing. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales,marketing, or a similar field, or equivalent experience. Experience in the pharmaceutical industryis preferred. Skills and Knowledge: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or pharmaceutical sales, ideally focused on generics and specialty solutions. Proven adaptability to frequent product and procedural updates in afast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to foster and sustain strong customer relationships, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and satisfaction. Solid understanding of sales management principles, goal setting, and strategic sales methodologies aligned with the GSSR function. Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of sharing information clearly with internal teams and external customers. Stronginterpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate productive business relationships and collaborate across functions. Ability to analyze customer financial data and recommend strategic solutions to address identified challenges. Skilled in evaluating industry trends and competitor activity to developinitiative-takingstrategies and tactics for the generics market. Proficient in using technology and company platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage customer information and drive enterprisevisibility Key Strengths for Success: A relationship-driven approach with a strong focus on customer outcomes andgenericsgrowth.
