Division Overview: The Corrections Transition Programs (CTP) is a statewide network of clinical reentry management services with the overall purpose of increasing opportunities for successful reentry outcomes. This position is responsible for bringing services, agencies, resources, and other people together to assist clients in achieving established goals. This position may also work with high-risk caseloads, co-occurring clients, families, and children.
