    The Project Manager is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of construction projects. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is accountable for overall project execution, financial performance, scheduling, and contract compliance. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Scheduling · Develop and maintain detailed project schedules · Coordinate sequencing, logistics, and manpower planning with subcontractors · Establish baseline schedule and manage updates based on field conditions and progress · Conduct look-ahead planning (2-week / 3-week schedules) 2. Construction Execution & Coordination · Oversee all on-site and off-site construction activities in coordination with field supervision · Serve as primary liaison between owner, architect, engineers, and subcontractors · Lead OAC (Owner–Architect–Contractor) meetings and progress reviews · Ensure alignment between design intent, field execution, and project requirements · Resolve constructability, sequencing, and field coordination issues 3. Subcontractor Management · Manage subcontractor performance, scope compliance, and contract execution · Coordinate material procurement schedules to support project timelines · Evaluate subcontractor progress and approve payments based on performance 4. Risk, Quality & Safety Management · Ensure compliance with safety standards and company safety policies · Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies · Monitor quality control processes and enforce project specifications · Support resolution of claims, disputes, and contractual issues 5. Project Closeout · Lead punch list development and completion · Oversee final inspections, turnover, and client walkthroughs · Prepare and deliver closeout documentation, warranties, and manuals · Ensure final billing and project financial reconciliation · Confirm successful project handover and client acceptance Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, project management or related majors · 3–7 years of construction project management or engineering experience · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment · Strong ownership mindset (“end-to-end project accountability”) · Must be willing to work at various project sites across the U.S. as needed Preferred Qualification · Experience in commercial or industrial construction projects · Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications · Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus due to frequent communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits will be provided.
