Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client in their search for a skilled and knowledgeable HVAC Technical Assistance Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering expert technical assistance, resolving product-related inquiries, managing warranty claims, and supporting out-of-warranty repair processes for products. The position also involves maintaining accurate parts records and overseeing physical inventory. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a product expert on equipment, including specifications and technical functionality, and respond to technical inquiries from distributors and end users via phone and email., • Collaborate with the Operations Team to process warranty claims and guide customers through out-of-warranty repair procedures., • Maintain comprehensive records of product claims, field issues, and service-related data to support continuous product improvement initiatives., • Manage office parts inventory, including tracking, organizing, and updating parts documentation., • Support the Order Processing Team by assisting with parts order fulfillment for distributors.Qualifications:, • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams., • High School diploma, and relevant technical certification is a plus., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, shared-drive, dashboard, and cloud-based spreadsheet program., • Prior experience in technical assistance, refrigeration systems, or HVAC tools is highly beneficial.
