The General Manager at Louise & Jerry’s will be responsible for managing all the daily operations of the bar and special events. Which include, but are not limited to, guest satisfaction, upholding employee service standards, bar cleanliness and appearance, quality controls, financial reporting, and general administrative responsibilities. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all employees who report directly to him/her. The General Manager will report directly to the Owner. Duties Will maintain management systems for all staff including bartenders and barbacks. As well as, but not limited to the Assistant Manager, and Facilities Manager.
