About the Role Under the direct supervision of the Senior Internal Audit Manager, the Internal Auditor will be responsible for providing high-quality internal audits that ensure procedural and regulatory standards are met. The Assistant Rowing Coach provides coaching, administrative, and operational support under the direction of the Director of Rowing. This position will contribute to all three Columbia Rowing programs on a daily basis, both on the water and in the office, with responsibility for program operations, equipment management, athlete development, skill instruction, and some recruiting. The position will engage directly with these dynamics, examining how system design, planning, and investment frameworks can optimize the integration of digital and physical infrastructure to support climate and development goals. This position will support the design and implementation of system-level strategies for low-carbon, affordable, and resilient energy transitions linking generation, grid infrastructure, and emerging load centers such as industrial corridors, data hubs, and clean-fuel value chains. This will include contributions to the development of integrated modelling frameworks, investment and financing roadmaps, and institutional and regulatory strategies that enable countries and regions to achieve net-zero, competitive, and inclusive growth. Responsibilities * Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, assisting in the preparation of financial reports and billings to sponsors, tracking receipt of funding and receivables (aging and uncollectable), collecting accounts receivable for accounts, and participating in account close-out * Provides institutional oversight by monitoring the allowable and appropriate recording of expenses to sponsored projects and the general ledger in order to ensure compliance with generally acceptable accounting principles (GAAP) and sponsor reporting requirements * Prepares required close-out documents for grants and/or contracts, including contractors' releases and assignments; reviews sponsoring agency policies, regulatory documents and other literature related to sponsored project financial administration to maintain familiarity with granting and contracting agency policies and revisions * Responsible for customer service, a core mission of the department, by identifying internal and external customers and providing them with the appropriate support regarding sponsored project financial administration and general ledger accounting * Assists management in identifying opportunities to streamline and improve processes, providing input for automating processes, and actively implementing changes, as needed. Responsibilities will include collections of outstanding patient balances, establishing payment arrangements, and updating patient and guarantor accounts with new demographic and insurance coverage information. The Senior Secretary must exhibit professional and courteous behavior at all times during patient and/or client interaction. Additionally, the Senior Secretary is responsible for handling billing/coding edits, and charge review by analyzing and resolving encounters in multiple workqueues. Responsibilities • Analyze multiple Epic workqueues require review, including but not limited to Charge Review, Return Mail, Accounts, Denials, and Registration edits. Execute charge and coding edits within charge review to achieve account resolution., • Responsible for managing and reviewing self-pay accounts.
