Top Required Skills (Must Haves): • Program & Project Management (8+ years) – Manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, maintain integrated project plans, drive governance processes, track milestones, risks, and dependencies, and ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams., • Financial Operations & Procurement (5+ years) – Own PO and SOW administration, vendor onboarding, budget tracking, forecasting, invoicing, accruals, compliance processes, and financial reporting for leadership., • Executive Stakeholder & Vendor Management – Coordinate across senior leaders, regional teams, finance, procurement, and external vendors while driving alignment, accountability, and timely delivery., • Reporting, Analytics & Operational Excellence – Build dashboards, maintain operational trackers, develop executive reporting, and improve processes through automation, AI-enabled tools, and data-driven decision making. Opportunity Overview: This role offers the opportunity to support high-impact initiatives across Global Affairs, including government relations, cybersecurity partnerships, policy operations, and AI transformation programs. You'll help shape and operationalize emerging AI initiatives while partnering closely with leadership teams, regional stakeholders, and external vendors. The position combines program management, business operations, financial administration, and strategic execution, creating broad visibility and influence across multiple business functions. How you will make an impact: • Manage end-to-end PO and SOW processes, including vendor onboarding, approvals, tracking, reconciliation, and compliance activities., • Track budgets, forecasts, spend, invoicing, accruals, and financial reporting across multiple projects and vendors., • Drive day-to-day project management for AI-focused initiatives, including Copilot, AI Accelerator, and agent-related programs., • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, dashboards, and status reporting., • Support project intake, prioritization, governance, and execution across innovation and operational workstreams., • Serve as a central coordination point across HQ teams, regional stakeholders, and external vendors., • Lead recurring operational rhythms, including status meetings, working groups, reviews, and leadership updates., • Maintain documentation, reporting standards, trackers, SharePoint resources, and operational processes., • Coordinate vendor performance, delivery timelines, and ongoing engagement activities., • Drive continuous process improvements and support implementation of new operational and AI-enabled tools. The expertise you bring: • 8–10+ years of program management, project management, PMO, or business operations experience., • 5+ years of financial operations, procurement, vendor management, or budget administration experience., • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities., • Experience supporting PO, SOW, invoicing, forecasting, budget tracking, and financial compliance processes., • Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and execution skills., • Experience creating dashboards, reports, scorecards, and executive-level presentations., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Experience with Microsoft tools including Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, and related collaboration platforms., • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly visible environments., • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience., • Experience supporting AI, innovation, transformation, or Copilot-related initiatives is highly desirable., • Internal communications, content development, newsletter creation, or knowledge management experience is a plus.
