Reports to: Director of Quality Assurance, Quality Control Supervisor and Production Manager Starting salary varies by experience. $22/hr-$26/hr + benefits SCHEDULE: Monday – Thursday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Hours will vary depending on production. In this role, you would have to either open the production room in the mornings or close the production room in the evening, depending on when production ends for the day. SUMMARY OF POSITION: Responsible for safety and quality activities to assure products are within customer specifications and meet food safety requirements. Activities include testing and verification, sanitation and GMP checks, food safety documentation, product sampling and environmental monitoring, and temperature monitoring.
