The Impact As the senior corporate finance executive working regularly with the senior management team of ETX and GBS, this role is responsible for leading the following Corporate Finance work: • Lead matrixed teams that prepare high quality financial analysis and information to influence important decisions. This includes quarterly reviews of spend versus plan and forecasts and contributes to the development of robust CBAs (business cases) and measuring and updating progress as they are executed., • Serve as the Senior Finance leader supporting ETX and GBS leadership teams on the development and support of strategic plans, and short-term and long-term management goals and objectives, appropriately balancing finance partner and corporate stewardship responsibilities., • Respected thought partner in the development and execution of strategies and initiatives to achieve organizational aspirations, including active, ongoing involvement in pursuing the Strategic Planning and Delivery revenue enhancement and efficiency goals. This includes working to simplify financial processes, data flows and assignment of cost allocation impacts., • Maintain strong knowledge of technology development life cycle process, technology innovation, technology risk analysis and assessment, technology management, competitor technology practices, and key industry metrics – which are used to assess risk, return on investment, and spend versus budget., • Monitor financial performance drivers, risks, metrics and timely communicating trends and observations., • Evolve reporting and current processes to modern approaches (e.g. dashboards with high quality financial analysis and insights) to facilitate important decisions, working with FP&A, Controllers, Actuarial, Corporate Strategy and others. This includes leading teams that develop financial insights that are representative of factual performance and deep insights to drive decision support and track management action., • Lead matrixed teams that drive the development of ETX and GBS forecasts with a focus on material aspects of P&L and Balance Sheet impacts with clear documentation of basis for assumptions. Establish formal sign off on forecast and plan assumptions with ETX and GBS leaders., • Act as key liaison between ETX and GBS and the FP&A/Corporate Finance organization, leveraging work done throughout FP&A to provide holistic finance support to ETX and streamlining requests from FP&A/Corporate Finance of ETX and GBS., • Informs Global talent strategy including establishing appropriate governance and transparency around hiring practices and expectations commensurate with financial plan., • Establish robust process around service provider and service receiver expense transparency (e.g. tech expense to product revenue ratios) to drive decision-making to improve financial performance and track results., • Key contributor to the modernization of the strategic finance organization – leveraging ability to work through ambiguity, strong communication and change management and mobilize matrixed team’s around most important work. The Head of Strategic Finance for ETX and GBS is also responsible for management of the Enterprise Expense Allocations and P&L Analytics team. • The Expense Lead of Allocations and P&L Analytics and their team have experience in financial expense allocation processes, inter-company allocations, financial statement analysis, driver-based forecasting, activity-based costing, and insurance products. The Expense Allocations team excels at working collaboratively and cross-functionally with subject matter experts to ensure that the company’s expense allocation methodology incorporates material assumptions., • A large part of this Expense Allocation team’s responsibilities includes supporting and interacting with senior leaders on all things related to expense allocations and P&L analytics. Analysis includes, but is not limited to, in-depth GAAP and STAT variance analysis at the company consolidated level, unit cost calculations, capital budgeting, and market / peer expense analysis. The team provides the key inputs and analysis for setting annual expense targets, goals, and budget; and will work proactively with finance and business leaders to monitor expenses by business unit and product-level P&Ls. This role will also liaison with the Strategic Planning & Delivery (SP&D), PMO and Procurement teams to increase transparency to improve economics and execution rigor • Build more robust and pro-active transparency to improve economics (connect business drivers to spend, 3rd party spend, portfolio execution and eventual benefit realization), • Transparency into funding capacity and alignment (improve T shirt size), CBA, execution health metrics and benefit realization (SPD & BAU programs) – linkage to forecast (spend and benefits), • Transparency into Procurement levers / options and drive strategic trade-off discussions w/ ELT/SLT in partnership with procurement. Overview: The Quality Manager will plan, organize, and implement the MasTec Industrial Quality Program during the execution of construction projects. We help children stay safe, families remain together, and newcomers navigate life in New York City. While our doors are open to all, AAFSC has expertise in serving Arab, Middle Eastern, North African, Muslim, and South Asian communities. JOB OBJECTIVE: To provide high-quality case planning, case work, and case management services to at-risk families referred by the Administration for Children’s Services. These families may be experiencing a wide range of challenges, including personal/marital/relationship problems, financial stressors, acculturation issues, family destabilization, and/or parent/child conflict. The Case Planner provides intensive preventive services to avoid foster care placement and ensure the safety and welfare of children in the home. He or she provides the family with services according to ACS standards and requirements. The Case Planner follows a Solution Based Casework (SBC) practice model. SBC is based on three theoretical foundations: family life cycle theory, relapse prevention/CBT theory, and solution-focused family therapy. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Case Management & Advocacy Ensure timely completion of SBC training & certification. Conduct home visits and office visits to assess child safety and risk elements, complying with ACS requirements. Face-to-face contacts should be conducted twice per month, at a minimum and includes home visits (two home visits must be conducted if children 0-2 years old are present) and office visits (e.g., school, doctor’s office, AAFSC), as well as other out-of-home visits (e.g., park). More visits may be required. Provide case work/case management services to families receiving Preventive Services (12 cases); which includes but is not limited to providing supportive casework, focusing on service goals, and child welfare laws, improving family relationships and bonding, coping skills, parenting, etc. Ensure joint-home visits are conducted within 5 business days from the date of referral. Evaluate and assess the current family functioning including child safety and home safety (e.g., assessing other adults in the home, ensuring safe sleep, working fire alarms, window guards, etc.). Work in partnership with the family to formulate outcomes & service plans with the family. Ensure all initial intake documents (AAFSC intake, Domestic Violence screening, child trafficking) are completed and processed accurately using AAFSC internal database (i.e., Apricot). Advocate for the family by linking them to needed services in the community: medical, mental health, entitlements, day care, home health aide services, substance abuse treatment, anger management, etc. and follow up to monitor participation and progress. In collaboration with the Conference Facilitator, support the facilitation of Family Team Conferences and Service Termination Conferences, as well as other relevant ACS-led conferences. Family Team Conferences must be conducted within 4 weeks of the FASP due date. Ensure FASPs are launched 30 days prior to the due date and submitted to Supervisor 3 weeks prior to the due date. Complete Initial, Comprehensive, all Reassessment FASPs, and Plan Amendments for all Advocate Preventive Only (ADVPO) cases offline. Complete and Submit Child Trafficking Screening for Child Welfare Services and ADVPO cases. Evaluate walk-ins and community referrals for needed services and potentially for advocacy cases. Provide case coverage in the absence of a co-worker (as needed). Schedule and coordinate monthly visits with FSU workers (applicable to FSU cases only). Quality Assurance, Communication, and Documentation Complete all documents required by ACS in a timely manner (5 business days) including but not limited to progress notes and FASPs using templates in a manner that reflects the progress or lack thereof, including the reaction of the family to services during the review period or contact. Complete all ACS and internal forms required for case opening and closing as well as obtain consents and forms needed for other case activities. Obtain and maintain collateral contacts with all other service providers including school and medical reports on a regular basis. Comply with all data entry requirements for database systems including inputting information in a timely manner (PROMIS, Connections, etc.). Compile and organize appropriate client intake paperwork, surveys, and forms. Maintain casefiles, database entry, and record keeping in compliance with ACS, OCFS, and AAFSC requirements, in alignment with the Solution Based Casework Model guidelines (as needed). Appropriately follow incident reporting procedures (as needed). Maintain relationships with ACS personnel, including DCP workers, joint home visit ACS staff, and FSU workers, for ongoing ACS supervision. JOB OBJECTIVE: To provide high-quality case planning, case work, and case management services to at-risk families referred by the Administration for Children’s Services. These families may be experiencing a wide range of challenges, including personal/marital/relationship problems, financial stressors, acculturation issues, family destabilization, and/or parent/child conflict. The Case Planner provides intensive preventive services to avoid foster care placement and ensure the safety and welfare of children in the home. Family Team Conferences must be conducted within 4 weeks of the FASP due date. Ensure FASPs are launched 30 days prior to the due date and submitted to Supervisor 3 weeks prior to the due date. Complete Initial, Comprehensive, all Reassessment FASPs, and Plan Amendments for all Advocate Preventive Only (ADVPO) cases offline. Overview: The Electrical Field Engineer II will oversee and execute the project controls and management of the Electrical discipline. Compensation The base salary for this position may vary based on several factors, including the approved job level. The base salary range for this role is $135k-$150k (Total OTE: $270k-$300k). Overview: The Safety Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing the MIC Safety Program demonstrating management skills and the ability to manage all aspects of a project safety program.
