Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a well-rounded Human Resources Generalist to support a variety of HR functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the organization. This role requires a proactive professional who can handle both administrative and strategic responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews, • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience, • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and supporting resolution efforts, • Maintain and update HRIS records, ensuring accuracy and generating reports as needed, • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries, • Support performance management processes, including reviews and employee development initiatives, • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies, • Handle leave of absence administration, including FMLA and related tracking, • Collaborate with leadership to identify HR needs and implement solutions that support business goals, • Assist with special projects, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiativesQualifications:, • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, • 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role, • Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements, • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office, • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHours:, • 9:00am-5:00pm, • Monday through FridayWorksite Type:, • HybridEmployment Type:, • Contract to HireAt LHH Recruitment Solutions, our colleagues specialize in eight different practice areas including Human Resources.
