ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Seasonal Food & Beverage Attendant. The Food & Beverage Attendant will be responsible for providing Members and guests with a seamless and superior customer service experience at the assigned Food & Beverage outlet. This role will be integral in assuring the operational success of the assigned outlet, completing assignments in a timely and friendly manner in order to assure all orders and requests are received and processed to the highest standards. The Food & Beverage Attendant will be trained across all Beach Club Food & Beverage outlets (Ice Cream Shop, Snack Bar, Beach Grill, Floor) and will rotate assigned locations based on business needs. WHAT YOU’LL DO The Aquatics Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Aquatics Director and Director of Beach Club Operations in the management, training, and overall support of the Beach Club Aquatics team (including Lifeguards, Beach Attendants, Swim Instructors, Boat Attendants). WHAT YOU'LL NEED The Aquatics Supervisor must complete all tasks and assignments assigned by the Director of Beach Club Operations and/or Aquatics Director, including but not limited to: • Assist with the management of daily Aquatics team operations, assuring all team members are functioning as needed and performing all necessary assignments and tasks, • Assure the safe operation, cleanliness and maintenance of all designated Aquatics equipment and areas, • Manage opening and closing of Aquatics facilities, communicating regularly with management and maintenance teams regarding repairs and documenting accordingly, • Ensure the safety of all designated Aquatics areas by enforcing all applicable safety and Club policies, • Provide thorough, hands-on supervision of Aquatics team members, • Maintain a high level of visibility, ensuring availability to respond to team members, Member and guest inquiries, • Current and valid Lifeguarding certification or Lifeguard Instructor Certification, • Current and valid First Aid certification, • CPR / AED Certified for Professional Rescuer, • American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI) or comparable certification a plus, • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) License a plus, • Minimum one (1) year experience in a Lifeguard role, • Minimum six (6) months experience in a Head Lifeguard role and/or equivalent supervisory experience, • Must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with fellow team members, management team, Members and guests, • Must be able to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays, • Must present professional appearance and attitude at all times, demonstrating strong leadership qualities across and beyond Aquatics team, • Must have ability to work effectively in a team environment, • Must have ability to multitask and handle pressure in an effective, professional and efficient manner, • Must adhere to all WCC guidelines, policies and procedures, • Must have ability to act swiftly in an emergency situation, • Must have ability to properly use aquatic equipment $17.00 - $25.00 hourly compensation, commensurate with experience WHAT WE OFFER At WCC, we believe that our biggest strength lies in the exceptional people who work for our organization to deliver memorable experiences to our members and their families.
