The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile program delivery, Jira-based portfolio coordination, and data-driven reporting and a proven ability to lead complex, multi-team initiatives across time zones to deliver scope on time, within budget, and to quality expectations. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and facilitate delivery routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates., • Plan and manage dependencies across multiple Agile teams and programs., • Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables., • Ensure compliance to standards and provide end-to-end visibility into project and program health., • Drive execution to meet expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost; enable cross-organizational sync points for delivery., • Guide intake processes, backlog health, and facilitation of Agile ceremonies., • Help teams implement and mature Enterprise Agile standards and practices., • Identify and resolve organizational impediments impacting team maturity and performance., • Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution with internal and external stakeholders., • Influence and guide business and technology leaders to enable greater agility., • Contribute to governance artifacts and provide regular stakeholder updates., • Proficiency with Agile tools, particularly Jira, for multi-team coordination., • Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools, including report and dashboard development., • Experience with enterprise program and project tools (e.g., PPRT or equivalent)., • PMP certification., • Agile Scrum Master experience leveraging Jira., • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for program reporting and executive presentations., • Strong communication and presentation skills with leadership presence.
