Role description: The Project Administrator I assists in the preparation of Arcadis DPS project deliverables and provides administrative project support for Arcadis DPS project managers under the supervision of the Manager of Project Administration and Document Control. Role accountabilities: • Provide support for project set up including updating the New York Deliverables Calendar and setting up file transfer sites on Procore and other FTS., • Organize permit sets by assembling electronic and hard copies and assuring inclusion of appropriate A/E stamped drawings, affidavits, and other documents as required., • Proof, edit, format and brand documents, presentations, and spreadsheets in adherence to industry and company standards and guidelines., • Submit small packages to clients through Procore., • Coordinate with Construction Managers (CM) on issue of construction deliverables coordinated with A/E design teams and serve as CM liaison for the PADC team., • Meet with PMs (and CMs, as needed) to review package composition and deadlines of client deliverables, and check files for formatting errors and consistencies, • Assemble and prepare A/E reports and deliverable packages including combining multiple documents in Bluebeam., • Use Excel to build and proof deliverable lists, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare Architectural drawing lists of files issued with deliverable packages., • Utilize conferencing technology and Microsoft Teams to project, review, and edit electronic documents and presentations during team meetings., • Attend and take notes at meetings and prepare minutes. Qualifications & Experience: • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees., • Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance., • Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule Form. Dealing problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations., • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Procore, Bluebeam, or other File Transfer Platforms. Why Arcadis? We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. Salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location. Salary range will vary from $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience.
