Job Description Director of Building Maintenance (Union Hall) PRIMARY FUNCTION/PURPOSE: Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Director of Building Maintenance oversees all maintenance, janitorial, and capital improvement projects for our Union Hall location in Queens, NY. Job Description Position Overview: The AOBH Assistant Supervisor (AS) is a member of the agency’s management team and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the AOBH.
