GALE embraces a hybrid, flexible workplace YOUR IMPACT The GALE Development Program is a one-year hands-on program that will set you upon the path of a career in Global Delivery. Candidates will be exposed to integrated delivery frameworks, project lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication. You will gain hands-on learning within an actual client environment, building your skills alongside a team of mentors while learning the tools and processes that power Global Delivery at GALE. This knowledge will lay the foundation for a career in project management, equipping you with the skills and mindset needed to grow into a strategic delivery professional. This program will start on June 2nd, 2026. PROGRAM STRUCTURE: • The one year program is split into two phases: the learning phase and the mentorship phase., • During the learning phase, you will focus on learning the fundamentals of Global Delivery at GALE and how we orchestrate the “doing” behind integrated marketing systems and campaigns. During this learning phase you will start to build foundational knowledge in the GALE integrated delivery process (Discovery, Define, Design, Develop, Deliver)., • Key areas of learning will be:, • Project lifecycle management from scoping through launch, • Requirements gathering and documentation best practices, • Ways of Working (WoW) development and RACI frameworks, • Timeline development and project planning fundamentals, • Budget awareness and scope management principles, • Cross-domain collaboration (Account, Strategy, Creative, UX, Media, Technology, Data), • Risk identification and mitigation, • Effective stakeholder communication and status reporting, • Core tools and platforms used within Global Delivery, • The learning phase culminates with a capstone project which will test your skills and knowledge and highlight your areas of strength and improvement., • Upon completion of the learning phase, you will be paired with a mentor and work on client work for the remainder of the year to hone your skills inGlobal Delivery., • At the end of the Development Program, there may be an opportunity to pursue a role in your chosen domain, based on performance and business needs.WHO YOU ARE, • Proactive, self-starter mentality, a resourceful and strong problem-solver., • Curious and creative mindset. Highly collaborative, passionate, and dedicated to your own development., • Take initiative, ownership and accountability., • Excited to learn how the organization functions and develop new skills., • Passionate about contributing to GALE’s continued growth., • Passionate about advertising, creative, technology, and/or digital marketing space., • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment., • Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING, • First 3 months - Learning, • Participate in structured training sessions across Global Delivery disciplines, • Learn GALE’s integrated delivery model and how we partner across domains, • Shadow active projects to observe real-time delivery execution, • Practice building project artifacts including:, • Project plans, • Meeting notes and status reports, • RACI charts, • Ways of Working documentation, • Risk logs, • Develop foundational skills in:, • Clear and concise communication, • Strategic thinking and risk awareness, • Ownership and accountability, • Complete a capstone simulation to demonstrate your understanding of:, • Scope definition, • Timeline planning, • Cross-functional collaboration, • Delivery governance., • Final 9 months - Mentorship, • Collaborate with multiple disciplines to deliver impactful Global Delivery work, • Manage competing priorities, deliverables, and timelines to exceed client expectations., • Upon successful completion of the learning phase, you will:, • Be paired with a mentor, • Support active client projects, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account, Strategy, Creative, Media, Technology, and Analytics, • Participate in internal and client meetings, • Assist with:, • Project planning and timeline management, • Status reporting and documentation, • Risk identification and mitigation, • Cross-team coordination, • Maintaining delivery artifacts and dashboards, • Contribute to ways of working and process improvement, • Observe and practice stakeholder management, • Support project health reviews (burn, staffing, risks, deliverables), • Consistent experiences across accounts and mentors will include:, • Exposure to GALE’s integrated delivery process, • Clear governance standards for scope, timing, and budget, • Emphasis on proactive communicationReal-time problem solving in a fast-paced environment, • Learning how to be a strategic partner — not just a task executor, • By the end of the mentorship phase, you will have hands-on experience contributing to live client work while developing the mindset of a Global Delivery leader.
