Join Pride Health as a Certified Phlebotomist at Spokane Valley or Spokane, WA! This is a 6 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment. Role: Phlebotomist Locations: 1, Spokane Valley, WA 99216 OR 2. Spokane, WA 99204 Shift Schedule: 1. Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Friday | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM OR 2. Monday - Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Hours per Week: 40 hours Start Date: ASAP Pay Highlights: $18 - 22/hour (Based on years of experience) Key Responsibilities: • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection duties accurately, efficiently, and on schedule., • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at all times., • Collect and process both forensic and clinical specimens following company policies and procedures., • Verify and label all specimens in the patient’s presence to ensure accuracy and compliance., • Maintain required logs, records, and documentation., • Uphold company image by providing superior customer service and patient care., • Support team efficiency by handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting., • Remain flexible and available for weekend, holiday, on-call, or overtime assignments as needed., • Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Certification: Active Washington State Department of Health Phlebotomy License (MAP) — Required Experience: • Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required, • 1+ years of experience preferred, including work with infant and geriatric patients Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible. *Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
