The Hospitals are part of NYC Health + Hospitals which is the nation's largest public health system. Jacobi is a 457-bed, Level I Trauma Center and NCB has 213 licensed beds. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Albert Einstein Medical College to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards. If desired all Medicine Faculty Members have Einstein Medical School appointments. Jacobi/ NCB has a most vibrant Rheumatology Practice. The Practice boasts active Lupus Clinics, Joint Pain Clinics, Ultrasound Evaluation and Treatment Clinics, Arthritis Clinics, and a Biologic Infusion Center. The Jacobi Medical Center Inpatient Rheumatology Service is very active averaging approximately 7 consults per day while the North Central Bronx Hospital (NCB) averages 3-5 consults per day. We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director, Strategic Accounts to join our team and help maximize a massive market opportunity. What you will be doing: • Full sales cycle role selling into HR/Benefits leaders at larger size companies from 10K to 30K employees and organizations in the assigned territory., • Work closely with BDRs and members of our Strategic Alliances team to close opportunities that they generate, as well as self source your own within your territory by working with brokers and consultants, • Own and iterate full cycle sales pitches using a consultative sales approach, including but not limited to running discovery calls, Spring Health overview presentations, demonstrations of the technology platform, pricing and proposal analysis and reviews, negotiation to close, and more., • Prioritize strategically valuable accounts in the assigned territory, and opportunities in line with our national sales approach and strategy, • Build business cases for VPs/C-levels at mid-size organizations, • Work cross-functionally to provide key market feedback on client and consultant needs and product roadmap, • Develop mutually beneficial partnerships with health insurance brokers and health benefits consultants and grow the relationships over time, • Travel as needed to close the sale and/or support Spring Health in industry events (~30%), • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities in the territory., • Understand client's business needs, pain, challenges and goals to provide solutions that align with their strategic initiatives., • Strong track record of quota attainment in an Enterprise sales role for 8+ years, • Strongly prefer benefits/healthcare sales experience, but not required, • A deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health, • Outstanding communication skills and a thoughtful and collaborative approach to sales, • Entrepreneurial focus with a determination to succeed in an innovative, fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity, • Strong background and track record of success as an individual contributor, with experience closing 6-figure deals and crushing quota, • Humility, resourcefulness, directness, ambition, extreme comfortability with change, • Emotional intelligence and an empathetic nature, • Health, Dental, Vision benefits start on your first day at Spring. Receives and distributes tickets/violations to appropriate DED and Program Director and Director of Operations, and monitors payment of the tickets/violations., • Trains and supports new program Administrative Assistants in the Finance portal, purchasing, payment of expenses, petty cash, and ensures that Administrative Assistants are aware of and trained in operational changes. Assists program Administrative Assistants in problem solving and special projects., • Coordinates Program Leadership Meetings including preparation and dissemination of agendas, meeting attendance and meeting minutes., • Prepares reports, correspondence, memos, etc., for the Deputy Executive Directors and programs as assigned., • Communicates verbally and in writing in a professional manner at all times., • Attends staff meetings, training, and supervisory sessions as required., • High School Diploma, GED/TASC or equivalent required. Job Description Job Summary: The Customer Service Manager will communicate and develop a business relationship with the customer’s management (Aviation Department Manager, Vice President, Chief Pilot, Pilots) to ensure aircraft reliability, cost of operations and product satisfaction that meets or exceeds expectations. Communications include customer visits, interfacing at company-sponsored events, telephone, email, etc. Total customer satisfaction with Dassault Falcon Jet (DFJ) is the primary goal of this position Principal Duties: Maintain liaison with customer’s management team Assist customer operations/maintenance of their aircraft as safely and economically as possible in accordance with standard industry practice; maintain manufacturer’s recommendations and government regulations Present “Welcome to the Family” presentations to all new Falcon operators or as requested Provide thorough briefing to customers on all administration functions that may affect relationship with DFJ. This includes and is not limited to spares/pre-owned/new aircraft warranty, spares terms and conditions policy, DOA, TBO, NFF and service report status Visits/contact with the customer facility include Chief Pilots, Directors, Chief of Maintenance, Parts Managers, Warranty Administrators and Accounting. Topics discussed during these visits shall include, but not be limited to, technical/reliability concerns, service bulletin status, maintenance budget recommendations, pilot operational issues, APRO/MAIC capabilities/benefits and ASC program/its benefits Track current location, phone numbers and main points of contact of customers for DFJ customer master file Ensure customer is aware/satisfied with all Dassault approved training organizations for both maintenance and pilot training; record, track and resolve any customer training issues Discuss and demonstrate benefits and cost of various technical publications/programs (CATS, FIELD 4, FIELD BASIC, OCIP, CREDDO, PETAL and PILOT) Carefully prepare and submit all reports (CCRs, contact reports, market/technical surveys, expense reports, incident reports) in a timely manner Be accountable for customer open invoice disputes, overdue CDIs, DFJ tech pub sales, spares parts volume, service related work accomplished at our Authorized Service Centers, open customer issues and total time to resolve Be familiar with/utilize Front Line Empowerment Policy Communicate on company email system for messages, download/upload files Adhere to “no pass on” policy of Field Service Track current locations/addresses of aircraft and operators for DFJ customer master files Non-Principal Duties: Participate in Falcon aircraft presentation flights to prospective customers/operators with the Regional Sales Manager and Field Service Representative Participate in Field Service Department meetings Attend initial/refresher maintenance training at DFJ approved training organization for airframe, engine and APU Assist customers to troubleshoot, analyze and recommend correction action for aircraft discrepancies when requested by operator Be familiar with various aircraft inspections cycles and ensure customer receives its maximum benefits When based at a remote field office, assist in maintaining the office in a professional manner; clean, organize, obtain supplies, update the technical library, and file with attention to quality and timeliness Attend/participate in local aircraft organizations (WAMA, PAMA, NBAA, AOPA, etc.) Provide on-site warranty adjudication when needed to help resolve open issues within guidelines and limits established by Director of Spares for DFJ. This position is not eligible for overtime.
