Key Responsibilities – Senior Electrical Engineer: * Lead, mentor, and develop junior electrical engineering staff * Plan, design, and coordinate electrical systems for various building projects in compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and other codes * Perform and review electrical calculations, including load calculations, voltage drop, short-circuit analysis, and equipment sizing * Prepare technical reports, specifications, and permit applications * Conduct quality assurance reviews of electrical design work and ensure accuracy of construction documents * Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle * Participate in project meetings, including design reviews and construction coordination * Support construction administration including RFI responses, submittal reviews, and site visits * Contribute to proposal development and business development initiatives * Ensure project budgets, timelines, and scope are maintained Minimum Qualifications: * 7+ years of electrical engineering experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering * PE license (preferred) or EIT with a path toward licensure (NY and NJ preferred) * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience a plus * In-depth knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, ANSI standards, and applicable building codes * Proven ability to read and interpret construction documents * Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles * Previous leadership or mentorship of junior engineers * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; load calculation software experience preferred * Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel locally (Tri-State area) up to 20% Preferred Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience in building electrical system design * Experience with electrical power analysis software (e.g., SKM, ETAP) * Revit proficiency for MEP systems coordination * Prior experience at a full-service architecture and engineering firm Why LAN Associates? Our mission is to provide high quality care to all with respect & compassion through a team approach that focuses on personalized goals. • The role of the Receptionist is to provide a friendly and helpful first impression to our residents, visitors and staff, adhere to all policies and procedures of the facility while focusing on customer service and satisfaction., • Open and close the Front Lobby, assures all residents, visitors, vendors and contractors adhere to the secure access and departure rules of the facility, and assure the Lobby is secure when the Receptionist leaves the area, • Receptionist must be aware of situations in the Lobby area at all times and must never leave the Lobby area unattended, • Present a calm, courteous and professional demeanor at all times., • Serve as main switchboard and paging operator for entire facility.
