Engages in rapid assessments and develops crisis management plans., • Provides psychotherapy as individual, group &/or family interventions when clinically indicated/appropriate and when of therapeutic benefit to the recipients., • Maintains knowledge of Veteran's benefits and services, community resources, and process for making appropriate referrals to community and other governmental programs or agencies., • Provides case management services to the patient and their families throughout the continuum of care., • Adheres to the clients regulations regarding documentation and completion of encounters.
