Job DescriptionLocations Supported: Lindon, Utah & Las Cruces, New Mexico Department: Marketing Position OverviewThe Regional Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting two high-performing plastic surgery and med-spa practices by coordinating daily marketing operations, creating compelling digital content, and ensuring a seamless patient experience across all brand touchpoints.This role translates brand vision into measurable growth—driving engagement, increasing visibility, and supporting patient acquisition through strong social media execution, content creation, local marketing initiatives, and digital performance tracking.The ideal candidate is creative yet analytical, comfortable capturing photo/video in clinical environments, and confident managing multiple digital platforms while collaborating with surgeons, practice leaders, and the national marketing team.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Content Creation • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms, including Reels, Stories, TikTok-style videos, carousels, and educational posts., • Maintain and update Google Business Profiles for both practices, ensuring accurate information, high-quality imagery, and consistent posting to improve local search performance., • Capture, edit, and organize high-quality photo and video content, including procedure B-roll, before/after assets, patient testimonials, and provider spotlights., • Collaborate with surgeons and clinical teams to ensure content is medically accurate, brand-aligned, and approved for publication., • Implement and support paid social campaigns by coordinating assets, tracking performance, and reporting results.Website, SEO, & Digital Performance, • Partner with the national SSO marketing team to review SEO analytics, keyword trends, and website performance; flag issues and identify opportunities for improvement., • Assist with editing or updating website content, promotional language, provider bios, and service pages to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards., • Support Google Ads and SEM initiatives by monitoring performance dashboards and summarizing insights for quarterly planning., • Analyze digital metrics—including clicks, conversions, cost-per-lead, and engagement trends—and create simple recap reports for leadership.Local Marketing, Events, & Partnerships, • Plan and execute local events, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships to increase community engagement., • Coordinate giveaways, manage influencer outreach, and track performance of local campaigns., • Support cross-practice initiatives to ensure brand consistency across two markets.Lead Management & CRM Support, • Update CRM or Excel-based tracking systems daily to record new leads, consultations, and conversion outcomes., • Prepare weekly and monthly summaries highlighting referral sources, community trends, and opportunities for patient retention., • Monitor lead follow-up processes and work with practice staff to ensure timely, consistent responses.Operational & Administrative Support, • Assist providers and medical teams with photo documentation, room setup for content capture, and scheduling for marketing-related activities., • Help maintain an organized library of digital assets, consent forms, imagery, and marketing files., • Support quarterly and annual planning by providing data, insights, and performance summaries.Skills & Qualifications, • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to adapt tone for medical, marketing, and consumer audiences., • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize across two busy practices., • Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, and basic video/photo editing tools., • Experience with CRM platforms, EHR systems, or lead-tracking software preferred., • Understanding of plastic surgery, cosmetic procedures, or medical aesthetics is highly beneficial., • Creative problem-solver with a proactive, can-do approach and willingness to learn new tools., • Background in marketing, communications, digital content, aesthetics, or healthcare preferred.Work Environment & Travel, • Primarily in-office at Aesthetica Plastic Surgery in Lindon, Utah., • Required monthly travel to Martin Plastic Surgery in Las Cruces, NM (2–3 days per month)., • Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, with occasional adjustments required for surgery-day photography, events, or content capture., • Fast-paced, collaborative environment within a medical aesthetics practice.Why This Role MattersThis position directly influences how patients discover, experience, and trust our practices.
