Job Description Administrative Support for Wraparound Services Families & Youth Innovations Plus (FYI+) Position: Full-Time Provider Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $20.57 (3 levels based on experience and education) Department: High Fidelity Wraparound Program Job Summary The Administrative Support will provide administrative support to a High Fidelity Wraparound program that can include, but is not limited to, referrals, tracking requirements, data collection and input, workforce tracking What You'll Do: • Provide administrative support to the Wraparound program to ensure efficient daily operations and program effectiveness., • Manage and track referrals, including intake documentation, timelines, and required follow-up activities., • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely program records in compliance with agency, Medicaid, and contractual requirements., • Collect, enter, and monitor program data across required systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy., • Assist in preparation for Medicaid audits, internal reviews, and Quality Service Reviews (QSRs) by organizing documentation, reports, and required materials., • Support ongoing fidelity tracking related to High Fidelity Wraparound standards, including documentation review and monitoring required elements., • Track program deliverables, reporting deadlines, and compliance requirements to support continuous quality improvement., • Support workforce tracking, including caseload monitoring, staff assignments, and required training or credential documentation., • Coordinate communication and information sharing between Wraparound facilitators, program supervisors, and program manager as needed. Essential Requirements • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in administrative support, business administration, or related field, • 2+ years experience in administrative support or similar coordination role, • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications, • Discretion and confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive organizational information with appropriate confidentiality and professional judgment across all leadership areas, • Proactive problem-solving: Initiative to anticipate needs, identify challenges, and propose solutions independently while supporting multiple priorities, • Collaborative approach: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, external partners, and organizational stakeholders across all departments, • Adaptability and flexibility: Comfort with changing priorities, evolving organizational needs, and dynamic work environments spanning clinical, operational, and strategic functions, • Cultural competency: Understanding and appreciation for FYI+'s diverse community and commitment to trauma-informed, inclusive practicesCompensation & Benefits:, • Competitive salary commensurate with experience, comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities., • Benefits Compensation include health, dental, life insurance, short term and long term disability, supplement plans, • 403(b), PTO, and 14 paid holidays
