Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care in a Med-Surg/Telemetry setting., • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry strips., • Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed., • Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in EMR., • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members on care planning., • Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions., • Maintain compliance with facility policies, HIPAA, and safety standards. Hospital Highlights • Type of Facility: Short-Term Acute Care, • Total Staffed Beds: 379, • Level II Trauma Center, • Patient Age Groups: Adults, • Number of Beds: 30, • Active, unrestricted certification/licensure as an RN., • 1 year of experience required - RN Med Surg/Tele, • Charting System: Required - Epic, • BLS from AHA. Note: There will be an Orientation of 40 hours when the clinician is onboard the facility.
