Job Description We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Assistant Property Manager to join our residential management team in Brooklyn Heights. This is a frontline position supporting a large co-op community, requiring excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a strong customer-service mindset. Key Responsibilities • Support daily building operations and resident services, • Draft clear, concise memos, notices, and correspondence, • Manage resident inquiries with patience, empathy, and prompt follow-through, • Assist with move-ins, move-outs, work orders, and maintenance coordination, • Maintain accurate records, logs, and compliance documentation, • Work closely with management, maintenance staff, and board members, • Minimum 3 years of residential property management experience, • Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), • Outstanding customer-service and interpersonal skills, • Strong writing skills — able to communicate professionally and clearly, • Excellent computer proficiency, including:, • Microsoft Excel, • Building Link, • Zoom and MS Teams, • General office software (Word, Outlook, PDF tools), • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure, • Experience working in co-ops, condos, or large residential buildings Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
