    A Night Warehouse Associate is a highly physical role. The purpose of the position is to select and fill orders, prepare pallets and load trucks in preparation for morning deliveries. This position also helps maintain an organized and efficient warehouse to achieve accuracy and ensure success for our operational team. Duties And Responsibilities Assist shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking-in merchandise Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes and placing orders in delivery area Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards Handle all products with care to avoid damages and loss Open bales, crates and other containers using a box cutter. Use pump pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, sit-down hi-lo forklift, stand-up hi-lo forklift and safety ladders to select products from warehouse shelves and prepare pallets Fill out pre and post trip sheets for fork lifts and pallet jacks Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests and recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed. May also assist in counting of physical inventory. Prepare parcels for mailing Assist with equipment maintenance, data entry and computer related tasks as needed Take initiative to accomplish open tasks; be proactive and seek additional work when available Safety: Complete safety training session and pass safety training test at time of hire and on an annual basis. Safety: Act in compliance with safety practices and procedures throughout the warehouse. Report any safety concerns to Warehouse Manager. Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep, dust and mop as needed. Maintain positive work relations; support team work and help coworkers to accomplish team goals Listen and communicate respectfully with employees at all levels within the organization and outside vendors Attendance; Maintain regular attendance and follow call out and time off procedures as outlined in the handbook. Comply with company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook The position includes all other responsibilities that may be necessary to fulfill the duties associated with the Night Warehouse team or as may be assigned Required Qualifications Good communication and listening skills. Minimum of 3 years experience. This role routinely uses equipment such as sit-down and stand-up hi-lo fork lifts, pump and electric pallet jacks, ladders and RF scanner guns. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days of work are Sunday through Thursday. Hours of work are approximately thirty-five (35) to forty (40) or more hours per week. The night shift starts at approximately 6:00pm and ends when workload is complete and trucks are ready for delivery, by approximately 7:00 am. Some Night Warehouse Associates are scheduled to work four days per week. This position may occasionally require longer hours when workload or project deadlines require it. Travel- Travel is not required for this role. Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision requirements for this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; climb stairs/ladders; stoop; kneel; crouch; balance; use hands to finger, handle or feel a keypad, handheld device or phone; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to lift/carry 25-50 pounds safely from floor to waist height, and from waist height to shoulders. Occasionally, the employee will be expected to lift/carry up 25-50 pounds above the shoulders. Occasionally, the employee will be expected to lift/carry over 50 pounds. Frequently the employee will be expected push/pull items from 25 – 50 pounds and occasionally over 50 pounds.

Upper level will service as an High end Asian Restaurant and the lower level will serve as an upscale-casual latin fusion cuisine. Possesses in-depth knowledge of operational systems, which includes payroll, inventory, and purchasing. Responsible, with the General Manager, for maintaining the venue’s monthly Profit & Loss statement standards. Ensures Department of Health and company sanitation standards. Ensures that the venue is compliant with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations; and company policies. Coaches and develops BOH team members by setting clear guidelines and expectations. Ensures that all mechanical systems are in good working order and compliant with all federal, state, and local ordinances. Ensures all team members are compliant with all BOH standards and procedures. Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food menus and the venue. Organize, develop and produce new recipes for potential new menu items and specials. Ensures expediting standards. Communicates clearly and concisely with all team members during service. Practical knowledge of the job duties of all supervised team members. Oversees the replacement or repair of all breakage and damage to equipment or furniture. Attends, leads, and participates in any training sessions, departmental meetings daily pre-shift meetings. Portrays a positive and professional attitude. WORKING KNOWLEDGE: Minimum 5 years of previous culinary experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a high-volume kitchen setting is essential. Strong menu planning, ability to coach, build a team, problem solve, and leadership skills required. Demonstrated financial acumen with P&L statements, and labor models is required. Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
