The Primary Care Physician is responsible for managing a diverse patient panel with multiple co-morbidities in a busy Federally Qualified Health Center. Care is delivered in collaboration with advance practice providers, on-site support staff, with an emphasis on preventative health and quality patient care. Position Summary The A31 Clinical Program Director provides leadership and acts as a role model for all personnel in the planning and delivery of client services. He/she directs program operations and collaborates with all departments to develop, deliver, and evaluate the clinical program services provided to the Sun River Health clients. The Manager of Peer Recovery Support Services also functions as the Patient Navigator / Trainer within the OORP program. Job Duties 1. Oversee, supervise, and monitor the daily operations of the RCC and OORP program, services, and staff., 3. On a yearly basis, we reach over 500 out of treatment individuals who inject drugs, providing access to the tools they need to stay healthy and to stay alive. This position would focus their work with people who actively use substances to engage them in staying healthy and alive.
