Job Description Seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Assistant with excellent communication and organizational skills. A qualified candidate will work closely with the warehouse and order fulfillment team to ship all products and activities for the Receiving, Returns, and Pick/Pack Operation. This is a physical and fast-paced position. The position will involve but not be limited to the following duties: Pick Orders Pick order tickets and process them by completing any required paperwork, locating items in the warehouse, moving them to the processing and shipping area accurately. Pack Orders Pack orders and prepare them to be shipped. They must inspect the items to ensure that they’re not damaged or missing any parts, and package them according to specifications. Maintain Inventory & Warehouse The Warehouse Assistant helps the Warehouse Manager in maintaining warehouse inventory by arranging boxes and ensures they’re stored in a way that they won’t be damaged. They’re also often responsible for maintaining general cleanliness in the warehouse. Skills: The Warehouse Assistant should be detail-oriented, a problem-solver who can think quantitatively and notice defects and errors quickly. When problems arise, they must be able to act quickly and decisively. Job Description We are currently looking for a FT Maintenance Coordinator to manage facility maintenance for all of our locations throughout Ocean County. The Coordinator will work to repair major and minor issues on our properties, oversee a crew of maintenance staff and ensure timeliness and accuracy of jobs.
