Your job is to drive results and turn inbound leads into booked appointments. We’re looking for a driven and professional Call Center Specialist to be the first point of contact for our potential and current customers. In this role, you’ll engage with inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule in-home product demonstrations and design consultations for our sales team. You are the voice of the company. The first impression. The spark that starts the sale. Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly Responsibilities: Answer & Initiate Calls • Respond quickly to inbound leads, • Make outbound calls to prospects from our database, • Ask smart questions to understand customer needs, • Determine if prospects are a good fit for our services, • Book qualified appointments for our sales team, • Confirm and coordinate schedules, • Maintain accurate records in our CRM, • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals, • Strong verbal and written communication, • Confident and persuasive on the phone, • Resilient when facing rejection, • Self-motivated and results-driven, • High school diploma or equivalent required, • Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred, • Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply, • Degree in marketing or business is a plusAbout Company Customer-Centric Approach: We are committed to delivering an exceptional experience that exceeds customer expectations—from the first interaction to the final installation.
