Job Description The Nutrition Services Consultant (RD) will lead the design and delivery of nutrition education and counseling services under New York State’s Health Equity Reform Medicaid Waiver (1115 Waiver). This consultant will support eligible Medicaid recipients through individual and group-based nutrition services focused on improving nutritional health, managing chronic conditions, and supporting food security. This role supports reimbursable services outlined in Section 3.1 of the Medicaid Waiver and is central to the organization’s population health strategy.
