Position Summary: The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administration, communication, and coordination of employee benefits programs. This role ensures employees understand and effectively utilize available benefits while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The Benefits Coordinator serves as a key resource for employees regarding benefits questions, assists with enrollment processes, and manages leave of absence (LOA) administration in collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party vendor.
