Role Summary The Senior Manager, HS&E – Omni Facilities is a hands-on leader who will hit the ground running to elevate HS&E performance across five key Omni fulfillment facilities and, as needed, our office locations. The role combines program ownership with initiative leadership: driving compliance and risk reduction, launching new safety innovations, and overseeing cross-functional projects from scoping through execution and sustainment. Of Psychology. Rutgers will be performing the human subject studies. At NJIT, we will be recording motion capture data of people that can be used for game design. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate to assist with the motion capture component of this research project. You will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of the motion capture data collection process. This position will provide valuable experience in research methodology, data collection, and project management. Primary Responsibilities (60% or more of time) • Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes, • Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket, • Make coverage recommendations, • Utilize comparative rate tool to obtain quotes, • Transact agency billing (where applicable), • Obtain signed binding and notifies carriers, • Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC, • Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgements, cancellations and proofs of insurance, • Attach, organize and name documents in EPIC, • Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices, • Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, client pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, change request, etc., • Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable team member, • Functional knowledge of Excel specific to creating, formatting, and evaluating formulas and working within templates. Must be skilled in Excel, Word, and other MS Office products., • Maintains effective relationships with clients, co-workers, and colleagues. Viewed as a team player and is cooperative and collaborative., • Able to obtain firsthand customer information and use it for improvements in placements and services., • Has an understanding of guaranteed cost program design and coverage forms. Able to provide consultation of coverage needs., • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills. Sets to achieve day-to-day objectives within the context of specified solutions.
