Job DescriptionJob Title: Industrial Electrician Location: Piscataway, NJ, United States Employment Type: Full-time About the Role Fuze HR Solutions is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join a large-scale industrial manufacturing team in Piscataway, NJ. Salary: $33.52 to start and will increase to $36.05/hr after 1,000 hours worked. Shift: 12-hour 2-2-3 shift from 5pm-5am Profit sharing plan Benefits include group insurance, pension plan with company contributions, telemedicine, employee assistance program, annual flexible reimbursement program, and tool allowance. PPE provided including boots and glasses What You’ll Do • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of electrical systems and equipment, including circuits up to 4160V., • Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics., • Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair electrical distribution systems and industrial equipment., • Work on Motor Control Centres (MCC), VFD/VSDs, PLCs and HMIs, instrumentation including RTDs, pressure transmitters, level indicators, and valve positioners., • Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime., • Use standard electrical test equipment including multimeters, meggers, thermal imaging cameras, and other electrical test instruments., • Follow lockout/tagout, arc flash, high voltage, and confined space safety procedures., • Participate in ongoing technical training, safety meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives., • Respond to on-call service requests as required.What We’re Looking For, • 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, heavy industrial environment, • Ability to access and read electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics., • Experience with installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment and distribution systems., • Familiarity with Siemens PCS-7 PLC systems and HMI troubleshooting preferred., • Experience with Motor Control Centres, VFD/VSDs, and control wiring., • Must supply own tools; tool allowance provided., • Fluent in English (written and spoken)., • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
