Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Case Manager will support and administratively/therapeutically engage the residents progress toward independence, housing, coordination and collaborating services. Perform Independent Living Plans (ILPs), psychosocial and progress notes, documenting resident health, wellbeing and care while in BAVR. Psychosocial teachers work in tandem with the head academic teachers in seminar classes to provide social-emotional and relevant academic (e.g., executive functioning) support to students. Psychosocial teachers also provide social-emotional, self-regulatory, and executive functioning support to students in the milieu of the school day.
