Key Responsibilities: • Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and overseeing various painting and interior remodeling projects., • Coordinate resources, equipment, and materials, ensuring availability as needed for project timelines., • Serve as a field manager to provide field surveys, updates, and addressing inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction., • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify potential delays or issues., • Maintain project documentation, including scope of work, permits, and schedules., • Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and subcontractors., • Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations on all job sites., • Support administrative tasks related to project invoicing and supplier management. Qualifications: • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite., • A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results., • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

This role focuses on selling gold and silver coins to warm leads—individuals who have either expressed interest in precious metals or have purchased gold and silver in the past. This is a commission-only position with strong earning potential for driven sales professionals. What You’ll Do Make outbound sales calls using an automated dialer system Speak with pre-qualified leads who have shown interest in gold and silver products Follow a proven sales script and utilize provided rebuttals to handle objections Present and sell specific gold and silver coin offerings (openers) Build rapport, educate clients, and confidently close sales over the phone Track and manage your sales activity accurately Training & Support Hands-on training provided from day one New hires receive a structured script with rebuttals to help ensure success Ongoing coaching and support to help improve sales performance Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends Compensation Commission-only role Earn % of the profit on every sale you make No cap on earnings—your income is directly tied to your performance Ideal Candidate Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills Sales-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Coachable and able to follow a structured sales process Prior phone sales experience is a plus (precious metals experience not required) Why Join Us Warm leads provided—no cold calling Proven sales system and script High commission percentage Consistent weekday schedule Opportunity to build strong earning potential in the precious metals industry Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
