As the primary point of contact for service customers, this individual will: • Coordinate and dispatch field technicians based on customer needs, technician availability, and service priorities, • Prioritize emergency service requests, preventive maintenance visits, and routine service calls, • Proactively follow up with customers after service visits to ensure expectations are met and a positive customer experience is delivered, • Manage scheduling and movement of manpower and materials to support service operations, • Create and maintain service calls, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules, • Update customer information and maintain accurate records within service systems, • Support material procurement activities, including pricing requests, purchase orders, customer part sales, invoicing, and internal project requests, • Utilize ERP and service software tools to manage daily service activities, customer records, scheduling, and purchasing functions, • Support continuous improvement efforts through Lean and process-focused practices, • Deliver outstanding customer service while balancing customer needs, technician schedules, and operational priorities Effective utilization of service software is critical for managing service activities, including opening service calls, scheduling planned preventive maintenance visits, updating customer information, creating purchase orders, and supporting overall service operations. Job Summary Provide professional Highly Protected Risk (HPR) loss control services to Tokio Marine clients and Tokio Marine Management, Inc. Coordinates and conducts loss control management evaluations, physical surveys, loss analysis, and training to assist Tokio Marine clients to improve and maintain loss control activities. Coordinates and conducts loss control management evaluations, physical surveys and loss analysis to assist Tokio Marine Management Underwriting in their evaluation of risk. Provide loss control technical support to Tokio Marine departments such as underwriting, claims and coordination. Coordinate loss control activities on select accounts ensuring service plans are maintained and completed, responding to customer requests and needs while also supporting underwriting and claims at renewal and throughout the policy period. Essential Job Functions • Performs loss control surveys of prospects and clients on request for underwriting information and evaluation from a loss control viewpoint for desirability., • Coordinates loss control service to select clients requiring defined service standards., • Prepares reports for clients, Underwriting and Branch concerning the loss control in effect, including accident analysis, conditions noted, recommendations for improvement and future needs., • Assists in the development and presentation of programs and training seminars for clients and other departments in the Company., • Responds to special requests from Underwriting Department and clients with prior approval from Loss Control Department Management., • Develops and maintains Loss Control instructions for multi-location clients being coordinated by Loss Control., • Completes all work scheduled in regular service assignments or requests in a timely manner., • Maintains membership and actively participates in professional organizations approved by departmental standards guidelines., • Utilizes PC programs (Accident Analysis, Presentation Software, etc.) in preparing presentations for prospects and clients., • Plans and performs work scheduling in a timely and cost effective manner., • Responsible for complying with proper internal controls as necessary to conduct job functions and/or carry out responsibilities and/or administrative activities at Company. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering / Science or equivalent job experience., • Minimum five years experience servicing major accounts (multi-locations and $100,000 premium and up)., • Possesses a specialty in HPR loss control., • Good communication skills, both written and oral and capable of making presentation to a group., • Good computer skills to include the use of Microsoft software and ability to learn TMA internal programs and other software., • Valid driver's license free of violations., • Physically capable of performing the job requirements - walking, carrying and climbing., • Capable of occasional air/ vehicle travel to client sites, as required Salary range $160,000 to $175,000.
