Bilingual Customer Accounts Advisor The salary range for this role is $16.50 to $17.50 per hour/annually*. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance. Job Description All employees are lineworkers. As a lineworker you will be assigned to one of four areas based on the needs of the business: Production Duty, Front End Duty, Sales Floor Duty or Loading Dock Duty. The position we are hiring for is assigned to Production Duty. The Production Lineworker position will help process donated merchandise in the production room to be sold on the retail sales floor.
