Job DescriptionElectrical Superintendent & Project Manager 12+ Month Contract | Dallas–Fort Worth, TX | Competitive Pay, Benefits & Per Diem We are seeking experienced Electrical Superintendents and Construction Project Managers to support a major data center construction project in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area. These are long-term, full-time, onsite contract opportunities expected to last 12+ months. The ideal candidates will have strong experience managing low-voltage electrical construction and industrial controls projects, with a proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, enforce quality and safety standards, and successfully deliver complex installations. Candidates should specify which position they are applying for and highlight their experience with low-voltage electrical construction, industrial projects, data centers, and controls systems. Positions Available • Data Center Superintendent, • Data Center Project ManagerData Center Superintendent Responsibilities, • Supervise daily field activities for low-voltage electrical and controls installations, • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, site personnel, and project stakeholders, • Manage installations involving conduit, cable tray, wire, fiber, controls, communications, and related low-voltage systems, • Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract requirements, • Monitor manpower, productivity, material availability, and field progress, • Conduct and participate in daily coordination meetings, toolbox talks, and planning sessions, • Review installation quality and coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and punch-list completion, • Identify field conflicts, schedule risks, and potential changes before they impact project delivery, • Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and installation documentation, • Enforce site safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture, • Coordinate with the Project Manager and client representatives to maintain the schedule and resolve issues quicklyData Center Project Manager Responsibilities, • Manage the overall delivery of assigned low-voltage electrical and controls scopes, • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans, • Coordinate with the client, general contractor, design team, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams, • Manage project scope, contract requirements, submittals, RFIs, procurement, change orders, and closeout activities, • Track project costs, labor performance, material commitments, progress, and forecasted financial results, • Collaborate with the Superintendent to establish installation plans, quality-control strategies, and milestone targets, • Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, constraints, and recovery plans to stakeholders, • Review subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements, • Identify additional scope opportunities, document changes, and obtain appropriate authorization before proceeding, • Lead project meetings and maintain clear, timely communication across project teams, • Support testing, commissioning, turnover, documentation, and final project closeout, • Anticipate project risks and mobilize resources to address schedule, cost, quality, and technical challengesRequired Qualifications, • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, project management, or industrial electrical construction, • Demonstrated experience with low-voltage electrical construction on industrial projects, • Experience managing or supervising subcontractors and field installation teams, • Knowledge of construction sequencing, installation methods, commissioning, quality control, and project closeout, • Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, project schedules, and contract documents, • Experience coordinating multiple trades and stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment, • Strong understanding of project scope, schedule, cost, safety, and compliance requirements, • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work full-time onsite in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, • Ability to work the project schedule, including extended hours or weekends when necessaryPreferred Qualifications, • Previous experience on data center, mission-critical, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or process projects, • Experience with low-voltage systems, including:, • Conduit and cable installation, • Cable tray and raceway systems, • Fiber-optic and structured cabling, • Industrial controls, • Building management systems, • Communications and monitoring systems, • Instrumentation and control wiring, • Experience with control systems, HMIs, plant data historians, MES/MOM, or industrial automation, • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, • Experience using MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar project management and construction software, • OSHA, safety, quality-control, or other relevant construction certificationsContract Details, • Project location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX area, • Duration: 12+ months, • Work arrangement: Full-time, onsite, • Positions: Data Center Superintendent and Data Center Project Manager, • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate with overtime opportunities, • Benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, and holiday pay, • Additional compensation: Per diem may be available for eligible travelers, • Project focus: Low-voltage electrical construction and industrial controls for a major data center project These long-term opportunities offer competitive compensation, benefits, overtime potential, and per diem eligibility for qualified candidates with experience in low-voltage electrical construction, industrial controls, and data center or mission-critical projects.
