POSITION DESCRIPTION As a Senior Staff Accountant at La Cheim, you will play a pivotal role in our finance department, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Your responsibilities will encompass various accounting tasks, including financial reconciliation, invoice processing, payroll management, financial reporting, and analysis. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will contribute to the efficient and accurate financial operations of our organization. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS • Associate degree with a minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience., • Knowledge I Technical Skills: Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills; Understanding of principles and practices of the organization, planning, records management and general Dependability, adaptability and confidentiality are necessary attributes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES • Reconcile/balance bank statements/accounts., • Match supporting documentation to invoices and process invoices, check requests, and data, • Process check requests, deposits, and handle general accounting duties, including vendor, • Accurately review and process payroll and collaborate with HR to resolve, • Generate and review aging A/P and A/R reports., • Assist CFO with monthly and quarterly closing processes., • Prepare basic Income and Balance Sheet, • Conduct account analysis and provide necessary reports as required by the CFO., • Process employee reimbursements, • Perform other assigned tasks and duties as needed. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Complete all required trainings as assigned, • Attend all mandatory meetings, • Meet regularly for individual oversight with supervisor(s), • Other duties may be required as La Cheim continues its development.
