In this full-time, in-person role, you will provide individual, family, and couples therapy to clients across the lifespan. The Clinician partners with clients to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, delivers therapeutic interventions aligned with client goals, and maintains timely, high-quality clinical documentation in accordance with Alegria program standards. Key Responsibilities • Provide individual, family, and couples therapy using evidence-based practices, • Conduct initial assessments, screenings, and ongoing evaluations, • Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals, • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as clinically indicated, • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and meet all Alegria billing deadlines, • Complete required service notes for each scheduled session, • Collaborate with clinic staff to support coordinated, client-centered care, • Educate and empower clients to make informed decisions regarding services and supports, • Assist clients in identifying and accessing community resources and advocacy services, • Support crisis intervention needs when applicable, • Facilitate transition planning and discharge when treatment goals are met, • Participate in required trainings and supervision per program standards, • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications • Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program, • Active New Mexico license as an independent practitioner (LCSW required; LMSW accepted), • Experience providing therapy to children, adults, families, and couples, • Experience with crisis intervention preferred, • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, • Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and documentation skills, • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary clinic team, • Adaptability in a dynamic, client-centered environment Benefits & Perks • Sign-On Bonus Available, • Competitive hourly compensation, • Flexible scheduling options, • Opportunities for advancement Full-Time Benefits Include: • 401(k) with 4% employer match, • 100% employer-paid Basic Life Insurance, • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, • Short- & Long-Term Disability Insurance, • Paid Time Off (including sick leave), • Continuing Education Credits, • Professional Development Assistance Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout the clinic environment.
