Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and design-savvy Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through construction. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants while managing a team of designers and coordinating closely with our internal construction and millwork divisions. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, high-end residential environment. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the lead project architect and client liaison throughout all project phases, • Manage design documentation, scheduling, and consultant coordination (civil, structural, MEP), • Oversee internal design staff (junior designers, coordinators, and renderers), • Coordinate seamlessly with RS Manninos construction and millwork teams during preconstruction and construction phases, • Review construction progress and respond to RFIs and submittals in collaboration with the field team, • Ensure deliverables meet the firms standards for design excellence, technical accuracy, and client expectations, • Lead zoning/code research and support permit filing in local jurisdictions, • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, • 6+ years of experience in custom residential architecture, preferably high-end or legacy homes, • Licensure or on path to licensure (RA preferred but not required), • Strong leadership and client management skills, • Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Lumion (SketchUp a plus), • Familiarity with NJ/NY permitting and residential construction standards, • Experience collaborating with builders, interior designers, and consultants, • Exceptional written, verbal, and organizational communication skills, • Competitive salary and health benefits, • Paid time off and holidays, • Hybrid work flexibility, • Professional development support, • Exposure to full design-build lifecycle and artisan-quality construction, • A collaborative team that values creativity, growth, and excellence
