Responsibilities & Duties: • Help department to maximize sales by providing exceptional guest service., • Ability to increase sales by upselling, and suggestively selling products to every guest., • Responsible for product rotation, facing, restocking, product displays., • Clean and maintain department equipment (cutting boards, scales, cheese knives, etc.)., • Basic knife handling skills, • Cut, wrap, and clean various types of cheeses., • Adhere to all DOH, DOA and OSHA standards., • Keep records of temperatures and record inventory of products to determine what needs to be ordered and replenished., • Follow, maintain and perform safety and sanitation procedures; throughout all shifts., • Communicate effectively with peers and management., • Always maintain professionalism and treat everyone with respect and courtesy., • Must always be guest focus and forward facing.
