Position Overview The eBuilder Business Analyst will provide critical support to the Engineering Records & Document Management (ERDM) Unit, focusing on the Tenant Construction and Alteration Process (TCAP) Program. This position includes system analysis, workflow development, administration, testing, and user support to ensure compliance and efficiency in managing construction documentation. This role directly supports construction IT systems for infrastructure programs, integrating with Primavera P6, BIM tools, and agency document control platforms.
