Position Summary: We are seeking a diligent, agile-minded, and solution-oriented individual to serve as our Construction Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for getting company-wide projects built on time, on budget, safely, and ready for operations. You must have the ability to collaborate and work with and take direction from the Informed Captain of CapEx to deliver on time results, with the specifications provided to you. Specifically, you will own field performance, contractor accountability, schedule integrity, cost discipline, quality standards, and turnover readiness across all company builds. This is a builders role. It requires field presence, decisive leadership, direct communication, and relentless follow-through. The expectation is simple: projects get delivered, problems get solved early, and execution stays tight. Key Responsibilities: Must operate and work within our Mission Driven Culture Core Values and Principles and encourage others to do the same. You will own construction outcomes. That includes: • Scheduling: milestones, critical path, recovery plans, and on-time completion, • Cost: budget discipline, change control, forecasting accuracy, • Contractors: performance, productivity, accountability, • Field execution: safety, quality, manpower, logistics, • Turnover: punch-list closure, commissioning readiness, • Risk: identifying issues early and correcting them before impact, • Reporting: standardization, communicating with internal stakeholders Basic Qualifications: • 5+ years leading industrial or heavy construction projects, • Proven success owning field execution, • Strong knowledge of industrial codes and OSHA, • Skilled in all things scheduling, • Ability to provide concise and accurate reports related to the different build projects, • Comfortable making decisions in the field, • Ability to manage multiple active builds, • 2+ years of experience managing direct reports, • Travel 15-30% Preferred Qualifications: • Greenfield and Brownfield projects, • Chemical, fertilizer, or process plant environments, • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Licensing & Special Requirements: • Subject to a criminal background check. Working Conditions: Primarily on-site at our Beaumont facility, with 15-30% travel to different industrial job sites. PPE mandatory.
