Position Summary: We are seeking an Officer Administrator to support Tidal Vision and Applied Specialties Innovations, a Tidal Vision Company (shared site). This role will be responsible for greeting customers onsite, answering phone calls, general data entry, and other related administrative tasks. This person should be able to operate in a confidential environment, work independently, and seek context to accomplish tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily office operations and maintain office efficiency, • Greet customers on site with a welcoming demeanor, • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence, • Schedule meetings, applies inventory and place orders as needed, • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as instructed by Capex Director, • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, • Create bill of lading for outbound shipments, • Insure appropriate personnel are onsite for unloading inbound shipments Basic Qualifications: • 2+ years experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Experience in the construction industry is preferred, but not required Licensing & Special Requirements: • Subject to a criminal background check. Working Conditions: The job is performed in an office setting. Sitting or standing for long periods of time may be required.
