Job Description We are seeking current Passaic County Community College students for the role of Peer Tutors for our Student Support Services (SSS) STEM and Health Sciences Program. Tutors should have strong interpersonal and communication skills to support participants of these programs. The primary responsibilities of a tutor are to support students (tutees) to become more independent learners, persist in college, and reach their goals. Tutors provide individual and/or group tutoring to students across a broad range of courses based on their personal area of expertise. This is a part-time, hourly position. The subject areas we are seeking are Writing (includes Reading, Grammar, Pronunciation), Math, and Science. Job Description The Technical Applications Training Specialist is responsible for developing and conducting training programs for Internal and External customers for the company's line of products (instruments, reagents and digital products), providing the customer the highest level of understanding, functionality and operational knowledge possible.
