We are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to join the executive management team and help Catalyze’s c-suite members craft, communicate, and execute key strategy initiatives across the company. This role is a mix of strategy and operations and requires the individual to wear hats across all functions of the business at any given time. You Will:, • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, CFO, and COO, ensuring alignment of executive priorities with long-term organizational objectives and growth strategies., • In partnership with the CEO, CFO, and COO, develop a data-informed, consistent, and cohesive communication style to advance organizational goals., • Develop a cohesive communication style in partnership with the CEO and executive team, delivering board-level presentations and updates for internal and external audiences., • Work with the individual executive team members to effectively communicate their contribution to the company’s mission and vision along with the challenges/solutions they face in carrying out their responsibilities., • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding internal dynamics, and identifying opportunities for improvement., • Act as a catalyst for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless execution of strategic projects across development, finance, and operations, • Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals., • Drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and data visibility., • Identify root causes of internal challenges and develop solutions to address them effectively., • Collaborate with the executive team on fundraising efforts, investor relations, and strategic planning. We increase property net income and tenant value with renewable, resilient, smart energy infrastructure including solar, storage, electric vehicle charging, and microgrids. We uniquely enable our real estate customers to use that increased income as a competitive advantage to expand their property portfolios. For industrial customers, we provide both energy savings and progress toward renewable energy mandates and goals. Our proprietary origination-to-operations platform supports our partners with optimal site identification and acquisition, energy load estimation, system design, project finance, and asset management. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, New York City Salary Transparency Law and California Pay Transparency Law, Catalyze provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado, New York City or California. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado, New York City, NY and California only, the range of starting pay for this role is $140,000 to $175,000 USD.
