As an entry level technician you will work alongside our Senior Technicians & System Engineers to provide dedicated support to our client's in-house Audio-Visual Operations team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform daily maintenance of hardware & software for the internal platform., • Kick off meetings & events (Experience Center & Event Space) with AV/IT Support., • Execute monthly preventative maintenance on all hardware., • Utilize remote access tools on Mac, Linux & Windows systems to control the internal platform. • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs & evaluate solutions., • Provide onsite support for visitors and executive level events as needed., • Support event operation technicians with all issues relating to event spaces prior to events. • Troubleshoot routing, writing & cabling issues., • Complete venue space pre-show equipment sweeps prior to events., • Organize, document & maintain warehouse inventory which includes spare equipment., • Track RMA of serviced equipment., • Document, track record/status of outgoing & returning service equipment and provide status updates to the team. • Maintain periodic system updates and upgrades of equipment., • Act as stand in support for large & special events., • Work with an internal ticketing system to document all issues., • Operate cross functionally within the team to support audio, video conferencing & projection. • Create and/or maintain any needed team documentation., • Track issues to isolate trends, coordinate with engineering team & 3rd party vendors to resolve issues. • Trains operations team for usage of systems and applications. This role ensures damaged fleet and customer vehicles are restored to safe, functional, and aesthetic condition in accordance with OEM standards, insurance requirements, and company quality expectations. Key ResponsibilitiesBody & Structural Repairs * Diagnose and repair structural damage on truck cabs, frames, bumpers, hoods, and panels. * Perform metal fabrication, cutting, welding, grinding, and straightening. * Repair or replace fiberglass, plastic, and aluminum components. * Conduct frame and alignment corrections using appropriate equipment. Surface Preparation & Painting * Prepare truck bodies and parts for priming and painting (sanding, masking, filling, blending). * Apply primer, basecoat, clearcoat, and specialty coatings per OEM specifications. * Operate spray guns and paint-booth equipment safely and effectively. * Ensure proper curing, paint matching, and final finish quality. Responsibilities Reporting to the Property Manager, the Facility technician, individually or in a team, performs all necessary inspections and repairs. • Conduct a monthly facility review to identify necessary facility maintenance and repair needs. Complete the appropriate monthly report and submit it to the Director of Operations and Program Director in a timely manner., • Executes all tasks with care and attention., • Completes all repairs in a timely way., • Reports all emergency facility problems to the Director of Operations immediately., • Carries a beeper/cell phone (provided by the agency) 24 hours 7 days a week for emergency facility problems, consult with the Director of Operations immediately, and provide appropriate follow-up., • Knows the physical facility's contractual requirements, including the kitchen, as is required by appropriate funding sources.
