Job Description Responsibilities: • Provide overall support and assistance to Leasing Agent which includes but is not limited to intake, applications, leases, showings, and processing, • Receive and manage phone and web inquiries regarding information on vacancies, • Coordinate and schedule appointment requests, • Update and manage apartment listings, • Administer sublet and assignments, • Administer surrender agreements and extension requests, • Conduct return visits upon request, • Provide coverage for Leasing Agent when out of the office Requirements & Critical Skills: • Bachelor’s degree, • Familiarity with New York City Rent Stabilization Law preferred, • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, • Excellent internet skills; specifically real estate listing sites, • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills, • Ability to multi-task while upholding strong attention to detail, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to work independently and in team environment, • Organization and Administrative skills necessaryCompany DescriptionFounded in 1912, Gotham is a New York real estate developer, owner and property manager delivering smart and stylish life experiences that transform the buildings and neighborhoods where residents live, work, shop and dine.
