Join our team at Stelton Lumber! We’re looking for someone who’s quick on their feet, great with people, and ready to take on a leadership role at the counter. This position is retail-focused but also involves overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities: ✅ Handle phone, email & in-store orders ✅ Provide quotes & pricing ✅ Customer service & issue resolution ✅ Delegate tasks & oversee staff ✅ Scheduling and quality control on deliveries & special orders ✅ Generally, you’d be overseeing all operations and making sure customers are satisfied Requirements: 🔹 ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE knowledge of building materials (doors/moulding at the least is preferred) 🔹 PoS experience (Lightspeed a plus) 🔹 Sales experience & strong people skills 🔹 Managerial experience a plus 🔹 2-year college degree minimum 🔹 Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no ITIN) 🔹 Able to lift 35 lbs+ Schedule: 7:30am–4:30pm, Full Time Benefits: PTO, vacation, sick days (increase with tenure)
